Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê (/ˈθɘha/ /ˈg̃ɘgɪ/ [major] [acquaintance]) is a temperate Small Town located in the Bëmtlaci Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê was founded by Saelheneb Shëgê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 11°C (51°F). Overview

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in fall of the year 1467, by Saelheneb Shëgê. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a single broad flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The town's would-be-castle fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A look around Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Cultural Notes

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê's locals are divided into several castes. They may be organized by social role, by imputed nobility of birth, by ethnic origins, or any other dividing principle, but they cannot imagine any other way of organizing themselves. A hierarchy of castes is not inevitable, but there will be social and legal limits applied to ensure that each caste remains fixed in its function. The outside world may or may not respect these distinctions when dealing with the locals.

Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

In Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê during thunderstorms, with each flash of lightning, everyone sees different monsters from the corner of their eyes.

The Gremlin near Thêha-g̈êgî Fêqê are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
